Privacy Policy

I collect the minimum needed to run the hosted site. I don’t sell your data and I don’t run analytics on you.

The short version: on peponi.to I store your email, hashed password, and your tasks for up to seven days, then I delete them. I don’t track you. On Omarchy local mode, tasks never leave that machine. If you self-host, the data lives on your computer, not mine.

What I collect on peponi.to

Email and name — so you can sign in
Password — hashed. I cannot see the actual password
Your pages and tasks — so the planner works during the hosted week
A session cookie — so you stay logged in. Not for tracking

If you use the contact form, I receive whatever you type there.

I do not collect analytics, advertising data, or “sign in with Google” profiles.

How long I keep it

Hosted accounts are deleted after seven days, along with their tasks. You can export or delete sooner from Settings. People who already paid in the old shop model are not deleted automatically.

Email

If email is configured, I use Brevo only to send account mail (welcome, “your week is ending”, password changes). I don’t send marketing newsletters.

Omarchy and self-host

Local Omarchy mode never sends tasks to peponi.to. If you sign in once, I copy existing hosted tasks onto that machine; new work stays there. A clone you run yourself stores data in your SQLite file. That is not my server.

Children

This is not aimed at children under 13. I don’t knowingly collect their data.
